PIZZERIA

 

The secret of our pizzas is in the raw materials we use, carefully selected to ensure our guests the best quality.

The dough is made with flour, both of common wheat and integral, which come from 100% italian productions and it is particularly light and digestible because it is prepared with a natural starter and it leavened for at least 72 hours. We use seasonal ingredients from local productions and we bake our pizzas in a big wood oven!

In particular, we invite you to try our Pizza Gourmet , novelty in 2015, made with refined ingredients and selected.
