The secret of our pizzas lies in the raw materials we use, carefully selected to ensure the highest quality.
The dough is made with 100% Italian soft wheat and whole wheat flours. It’s particularly light and digestible because it’s made with live sourdough and left to rise for at least 72 hours.
The ingredients we use are seasonal and local, and the wood-fired oven makes our pizzas truly unique!
